We currently ship within the United States only. Please note we're unable to deliver to Alaska and Hawaii at this time.

We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $99. For orders under $99, a shipping rate is calculated and shown at checkout.

Yes. Once your order ships, we'll send a tracking number by email so you can follow it to your door.

Reach out as soon as possible—if your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update or cancel it. Once an order has left our warehouse, it can no longer be canceled, but you're always welcome to start a return once it arrives.

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging. For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us first to start your return—see our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

We're sorry to hear that—please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or short video of the damage. We'll then work with you to send a replacement or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.

If the mirror glass is broken, there's no need to return it—please dispose of it safely. If only the frame has a defect, we'll cover the return shipping to collect it.

For returns that aren't due to a defect or damage, return shipping is paid by the customer. For damaged or defective items, we take care of it.

Wipe the glass with a soft, lint-free cloth. For a deeper clean, dampen the cloth lightly with water or a streak-free glass cleaner—avoid spraying liquid directly onto the mirror or using harsh, ammonia-based cleaners, as these can damage the frame and finish over time.

Yes. Saliwa mirrors are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. See our Terms of Service for full details.

Each mirror comes with the mounting hardware needed to hang it, along with step-by-step instructions. For larger pieces, we recommend two people or professional installation.
