Shipping

Processing & dispatch

We arrange dispatch within 48 hours of your order being placed.

Delivery time

Once shipped, your order typically arrives within 2–7 days, depending on your delivery address.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we're unable to deliver to Alaska and Hawaii.

Shipping costs

Enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $99. For orders under $99, a shipping rate is calculated and shown at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

How we pack your mirror

A mirror is one of the most delicate things to ship, so we don't leave it to chance. Every piece is inspected and packed in protective materials made to keep the glass and frame safe in transit—so it arrives ready to hang.

Returns

Return window

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging and condition. Please contact us first to start your return—returns sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping

For returns that are not due to a defect or damage, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Order changes & cancellations

Need to change or cancel an order? Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to help. Once an order has left our warehouse, it can no longer be canceled—but you're welcome to start a return once it arrives.

How to start a return

Email us at support@saliwa.cn with your order number and reason for return, and we'll guide you through the next steps. We respond within 24 hours.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

If something goes wrong

We pack every mirror carefully, but if something arrives damaged, we'll make it right—here's how.

Let us know.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or short video of the damage.

Choose what works for you.

Once we've reviewed it, you decide: we'll send a replacement, or issue a refund—whichever you prefer.

No need to ship broken glass back.

If the mirror glass is broken, please don't send it back—dispose of it safely. If only the frame is defective, we'll arrange and cover return shipping to collect it.
