Up close, the frame reads soft — a non-reflective matte iron, not the glossy candy-bar black other arched mirrors fall back on. The mullions are welded continuously, so the windowpane and center diamond join the outer frame with no visible seams or hardware.

Borrowed light, framed.

We started with a window — its proportions, its grid, the way it organises the world beyond it — and pulled it down to mirror scale. Hung on a flat wall, Grida behaves the way a window does: it borrows light from across the room and gives a quiet sense of architecture back, even when the wall itself has none.

Details

An arched wall mirror with welded windowpane mullions and a center diamond motif. The frame is matte black iron with a sealed, rust-resistant finish; the glass is tempered for safety. Hangs vertically (portrait). Suited to entryways, living rooms, bedrooms, stair walls, and bathrooms.

Installation

Measure & mark. Find the distance between the two pre-installed D-rings on the back of the frame and mark both points on the wall with a level.

Drill & anchor. Drill the two marked points and insert the included wall anchors. For drywall without a stud, use all three anchors for added support given the frame weight.

Set screws & hang. Drive the screws in, leaving 3–4 mm of head exposed for the D-rings to seat onto. Lift the mirror, hook both D-rings, level, and gently press flush.

Bathroom use. The frame is sealed and rust-resistant and the glass is tempered, so Grida is safe in well-ventilated bathrooms. Avoid direct, prolonged steam contact for longest life.

Dust the frame and glass with a dry, lint-free cloth. For fingerprints, use a soft cloth lightly dampened with water or a mild glass cleaner sprayed onto the cloth — never directly onto the mirror. Avoid abrasive sponges and ammonia-heavy cleaners on the matte frame finish.

Will the frame rust?

No — Grida's iron frame is sealed with a rust-resistant matte coating. It's bathroom-friendly in normal, well-ventilated conditions.

How do I hang it?

The mirror ships with pre-installed D-rings on the back. The box includes 3 wall anchors and 3 screws. Mark, drill, anchor, set the screws leaving the heads slightly exposed, then hook on. Level before final tighten.

Can the Grida be hung horizontally?

Grida is designed and balanced for vertical (portrait) hang. The D-rings are pre-set for portrait orientation.

Is it safe for bathrooms?

Yes — the frame is rust-resistant and the glass is tempered. We recommend any room with normal ventilation; avoid mounting directly above a shower head.

How do I choose between Medium and Large?

Medium (80 × 50 cm) suits narrower walls — a console, a vanity, a stair landing. Large (100 × 60 cm) anchors a mantel, a wider entry wall, or a sofa. A good rule: the mirror should be about two-thirds the width of the furniture below it.

What does "Pre-order" mean here?

Each batch is made to order in small runs. Pre-ordering reserves yours from the next production batch — the expected ship month is shown in the availability module beside the size selector. You won't be charged until the mirror ships, and you can change or cancel at any point before that.

Does it arrive assembled?

Yes. Grida arrives fully welded and ready to hang — no assembly required.

What's the returns and damage policy?

30-day no-fuss returns. If your mirror arrives damaged, send a photo within 14 days and we'll arrange a free replacement.
