This website is operated by SELFORA TECH LIMITED ("Saliwa"). Throughout the site, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Saliwa. We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time; changes take effect when posted on this page.

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.

We do our best to display our products, colors, and finishes accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen displays them exactly. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or correct pricing errors.

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. Payment must be received before an order is dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability.

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: we dispatch within 48 hours, ship within the U.S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), and accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Saliwa mirrors are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, beginning on the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects such as faults in the frame, finish, or mirror glass that are not the result of damage in use. It does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper installation, alterations, or commercial use. To make a claim, contact us with your order number and photos of the issue; we may ask to review the item before providing a remedy.

All content on this site—including text, images, logos, and designs—is the property of Saliwa or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saliwa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
